AUTHORIZATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF duPONT GIFT
The Chancellor proposed that the resolution relating to the gift of 200 shares of the common stock of the Columbia Broadcasting System, which was adopted by the Board of Visitors at its meeting on 3 June 1966, be amended and reenacted as follows:
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that Edgar E. Woodward, Bursar of Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia, be and he is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute, in the name and on behalf of said Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia, a stock power directing the transfer of 200 shares of the common stock of Columbia Broadcasting System to Hamac and Company.
