  • RESOLVED further that the President of the University of Virginia be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered, and directed to execute in the name and on behalf of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia, the Agreement of easement dated 18 July 1966, granting to Virginia Electric and Power Company, the easement therein described, and that the Secretary of this Board be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered, and directed to affix the corporate seal of the University of Virginia to such Agreement and to attest the same.
