SECONDARY HIGHWAY AT CLINCH VALLEY COLLEGE

The President reported on a request by the Highway Department for land on which to construct a secondary highway at Clinch Valley College.

The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the proposal of the Commissioner of Highways in his letter to the President of the University dated 6 December 1965 for the grant of 9.32 acres of land now belonging to Clinch Valley College for the purpose of constructing a highway be and it is hereby approved.
