CHANGE IN STUDENT "HEALTH REGULATIONS"

The President reported on a proposal by the Dean of Admissions and the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences to revise a statement under "HEALTH REGULATIONS" in the "University Regulations" section of the University of Virginia Record, College of Arts and Sciences, 1965-1966 so that it will be in line with the current practice of the Office of Admissions. The statement now reads as follows: "Students accepted for admission must complete a health form prior to matriculation."

The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the first sentence under "HEALTH REGULATIONS," in the "University Regulations" section of the University of Virginia Record, College of Arts and Sciences, 1965-1966, page 26, ("Students accepted for admission must complete a health form prior to matriculation.") be revised to read as follows in the 1966-1967 issue: "Students offered admission to the University must complete a health questionnaire prior to final acceptance."
