PROPOSAL FOR A SURVEY OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE UNIVERSITY

The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the President with the assistance of a committee of the Board of Visitors investigate the cost of a survey by an outside consultant of the administrative organization of the University and report back to the Board. The Rector then appointed the following members to the committee to assist the President:
• William A. Hobbs, Chairman
• Frank W. Rogers
• Langbourne M. Williams
