The following resolution was adopted:

  • RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following persons be and they are hereby elected to the faculty:
  • Mr. Daniel F. Albright as Acting Assistant Professor of English, for one year, effective 1 September 1970, at a session salary of $[OMITTED].
  • Mr. William L. Boletta as Assistant Professor of German, for three years, effective 1 February 1970, at a session salary of $[OMITTED].
  • Mr. Pierre F. D. Cintas as Assistant Professor of French, for three years, effective 1 September 1970, at a session salary of $[OMITTED].
  • Mr. David J. Cox as Visiting Professor of Biochemistry, for one year, effective 1 September 1970.
