REPORT ON THE HONOR SYSTEM
The Rector reported that the current Chairman of the Honor Committee, George H. Morison, had informed the President of the unusually large number of dismissals this year for offenses against the Honor System. The Rector stated that Mr. Morison believed there was no cause for alarm and that the large number of trials and dismissals was a sign of support for the Honor System. Mr. Morison was to have appeared before the Executive Committee at its meeting on 1 June 1966 but had not been able to do so because of illness in his family.
