• Mr. Neil H. Borden as J. Harvie Wilkinson, Jr., Professor of Business Administration, effective September 1, 1981.
• Mr. Frank S. Kaulback, Jr., as Carman G. Blough Professor of Accounting, School of Commerce, effective September 1, 1981.
• Mr. Robert D. Landel as Henry E. McWane Professor of Business Administration, effective September 1, 1981.
• Dr. Frank C. McCue, III, as Alfred R. Shands, Jr., Professor of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, effective July 1, 1981.
