GIFT OF THE STETTINIUS FUND, INCORPORATED

The President announced the receipt of a gift from The Stettinius Fund, Incorporated, of the entire assets of the Fund, consisting of 11,350 shares of the Bullock Fund, money on deposit with the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, and rights to certain royalties on the book by the late Edward R. Stettinius, Jr., entitled Roosevelt and the Russians; said gift to be used under the terms and conditions set forth in letter from T. Munford Boyd, President of The Stettinius Fund, Incorporated, and dated 25 February 1966.

The following resolution was adopted:

• WHEREAS the generosity of the donors in this instance is especially gratifying as a mark of the continuing relationship between the family of the late Edward R. Stettinius, Jr. and the University of Virginia;
• NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that we hereby record our deep gratitude for this gift and direct the Secretary to transmit a copy of this resolution to the donors as a mark of our warm appreciation.
