PROMOTIONS

The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following promotions be and they are hereby made:
• Mr. Joseph N. Bosserman, Associate Professor of Architecture, to Professor of Architecture, effective 1 July 1966, at a session salary of [OMITTED] plus 20 per cent for summer duties and [OMITTED] for administrative duties, or a total salary of [OMITTED].
• Miss Luisa Giardina, Junior Instructor in Italian, to Instructor in Italian, for one year, effective 1 September 1966, at a session salary of [OMITTED].
• Mr. James Hagan, Instructor in Art, to Assistant Professor of Art, for three years, effective 1 September 1966, at a session salary of [OMITTED].
• Mr. Francis R. Hart, Associate Professor of English, to Professor of English, effective 1 September 1966, at a session salary of [OMITTED].
• Mr. Edward A. Kolodziej, Assistant Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs, to Associate Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs, effective 1 September 1967, at a session salary of [OMITTED].
• Mr. Maurice J. Meisner, Assistant Professor of History, to Associate Professor of History, effective 1 September 1966, at a session salary of [OMITTED].
