STEVENS' GALLERY COURT SEWAGE LINE APPROVED
A letter from Mr. Donald G. Stevens, requesting permission to cross University
property with a short sewer line, supplementary to the one authorized several years
ago, was presented to the Board. President Darden noted that the supplementary
line was required to take care of a new addition to the Gallery Court Motor Hotel
on Route 29 North, that the crossing of University property was the only
practicable solution for Mr. Stevens, that the request had been approved by Mr.
O'Grince and Mr. Shea, and that it was proposed to retain the right to revoke the
arrangement.
The Board resolved that Mr. Stevens' request, as presented by the President,
be approved.
