APPOINTMENT
The following resolution was adopted by the Board
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University
of Virginia that the following appointment be and it is hereby made
Mr. Frank Kaulback, Professor of Accounting and Director of the McIntire
Undergraduate School of Commerce, to be Dean of that School, effective in
September, 1957
