The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED that the following persons are hereby elected to the faculty:
• Mr. Glenn Beamer as Acting Assistant Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1995.
• Dr. Fabio Cominelli as Professor of Internal Medicine, effective July 1, 1995.
• Dr. David R. Diduch as Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, for three years, effective September 1, 1995.
• Dr. Barbara A. Fenton as Assistant Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine, for three years, effective April 1, 1995.
• Dr. C. Bruce Greyson as Professor of Psychiatric Medicine, for one year, effective August 16, 1995.
• Dr. J. Stephen Huff as Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine, for three years, effective June 16, 1995.
• Dr. Robert A. Jahrsdoerfer as Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, for three years, effective June 1, 1995.
