• Miss Carol L. Andrews as Assistant Director, Intramurals, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1973.
• Mr. Staige D. Blackford as Special Assistant to the President, for one year, effective January 1, 1974.
• Mr. Theodore Caplow as Acting Chairman, Department of Anthropology, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1973.
• Dr. Fritz E. Dreifuss as Vice-Chairman, Department of Neurology, for one year, effective July 1, 1973.
• Mr. Ernest H. Ern as Vice-President of the University for Student Affairs, for four and one-half years, effective January 1, 1974.
• Mr. Paul C. Gaertner, Jr., as Assistant Director, Career Planning and Placement, for the period August 1, 1973, through June 30, 1974.
• Dr. Robert C. Haynes, Jr., as Vice-Chairman, Department of Pharmacology, for one year, effective July 1, 1973.
• Mr. Linwood Jacobs as Associate Dean of Students, for three years, effective July 1, 1973.
