The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following promotions be and they are hereby made:
• Mr. Howard W. Allen, Lecturer, to Assistant Professor of Education, for one year, effective July 1, 1973.
• Dr. Barbara Z. Berk, Instructor, to Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and Physician, Department of Student Health, for three years, effective July 1, 1973.
• Mr. John J. Engel, Research Associate, to Instructor in Pediatrics, for one year, effective July 1, 1973.
• Miss Denise H. Geolot, Instructor, to Assistant Professor of Nursing, for three years, effective September 1, 1973.
• Mr. Richard K. Harwood, Instructor, to Assistant Professor of Education, for the period September 1, 1973, through June 30, 1976.
• Mrs. JoAnne K. Henry, Instructor, to Assistant Professor of Nursing, for three years, effective September 1, 1973.
• Mr. Linwood Jacobs, Instructor, to Assistant Professor of Education, for three years, effective July 1, 1973.
• Mr. George T. Rodeheaver, Research Associate, to Instructor in Plastic Surgery, for one year, effective May 1, 1973.
• Mr. Ernest W. Sullins, Lecturer, to Assistant Professor of Education, for one year, effective July 1, 1973.
• Miss Louise M. Walton, Clinical Instructor, to Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, for one year, effective July 1, 1973.
