FACULTY SALARY SCALE
The following resolution was adopted:
- RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the general faculty salary scale as set forth below be and it is hereby approved, effective 1 September 1969:

| Associate Professor | 12,000 | 750 |
| Assistant Professor[1] | 10,000 | 500 |
| Instructor | 7,600 | 400 |
