LEAVES OF ABSENCE

The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following faculty members be and they are hereby granted leaves of absence:
• Miss Ruth E. Brong, Associate Professor of Nursing, for the period 1 July 1969 through 31 August 1969, without pay, for personal reasons.
• Dr. Martin G. Netsky, Professor of Neuropathology, for the period 15 January 1969 through 30 June 1969, without pay, to accept the Alan Gregg Fellowship from the China Medical Board to study cerebrovascular disease in Japan.
• Mr. Kenneth R. Redden, Professor of Law, for the period 1 February 1969 through 30 June 1970, without pay, to accept a position as Professor of Law at the University of Saigon and legal advisor to the Government of South Vietnam.
• Mr. Robert F. Vandell, Professor of Business Administration, for one year, effective 1 September 1969, without pay, to teach at the Management Development Institute, Lausanne, Switzerland.
