The following resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following persons be and they are hereby elected to the faculty:
Mr. Glenn W. Brier as Lecturer in Environmental Sciences, for one semester, effective January 16, 1980.
Mr. Richard L. Delanoy, Jr., as Acting Assistant Professor of Psychology, for one semester, effective January 16, 1980.

Mr. Paul W. Farris as Associate Professor of Business Administration, for five academic years, effective September 1, 1980.
Dr. Jackson E. Fowler, Jr., as Assistant Professor of Urology, for three years, effective July 1, 1980.
Mrs. Marilyn W. Fu as Visiting Lecturer in Architectural History, for one semester, effective January 16, 1980.
