Du Bartas | ||
10 Autumnus.
When the Leaves in Autumn wither,With a tawny tanned Face
Warpt and wrinkled-vp together,
Th'Yeers late Beauty to disgrace:
There thy Life's Glass maist thou finde-thee,
Green now, gray now, gon anon;
Leaving (Worldling) of thine Owne,
Neither Fruit, nor Leaf behinde-thee.
