APPROVAL OF THE PROJECT PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR THE CLINCH
VALLEY COLLEGE UPPER CAMPUS PRECINCT PLAN INCLUDING THE NEW
CONSTRUCTION OF AN EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER
CLASSROOM BUILDING AND THE RENOVATION OF THE ZEHMER
BUILDING

  • The following resolution was adopted:
  • RESOLVED that the project preliminary design for the construction of the Clinch Valley College Upper Campus Precinct Plan including the new construction of an Education and Development Center Classroom Building and the renovation of the Zehmer Building as illustrated on

    drawings titled "Master Plan;" "Precinct Plan;" "Lower Level and First Floor Plans;" "Second Floor and Roof Plans;" "East and West Elevations;" and "North and South Elevations," all dated November 4, 1993, and prepared by the coordinating architects for the Precinct Plan and the Education and Development Center Classroom Building, Balzer and Associates of Roanoke, Virginia, with design consultants Pasanella + Klein Stolzman + Berg Architects, P.C. of New York, New York, and the architects for the renovation of the Zehmer Building, Thompson and Litton, Inc., of Wise, Virginia, be and they are hereby approved for final development and construction.
