MOTIONS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSIONS

The following motions were unanimously adopted by vote of all Visitors present:

• (a) That the full Board go into Executive Session for the consideration of legal matters.
• (b) That the Buildings and Grounds Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session to discuss the investment of public funds where competition bargaining is involved.

• (c) That the Audit Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion and evaluation of University departments or schools.
• (d) That the Educational Policy Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion and consideration of personnel matters involving the assignment, promotion, salaries, and resignation of public employees.
• (e) That the Finance Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion of the investment of public funds where competition or bargaining is involved, for the discussion or consideration of the disposition of publicly held property, and for the discussion and consideration of matters relating to gifts, bequests, and fund raising activities.

Following a recess for an Executive Session of the Board of Visitors, the Opening Session continued at 10:58 a.m., on January 31, 1981.
