LEAVES OF ABSENCE
The following resolution was adopted:
- RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following faculty members be and they are hereby granted leave of absence:
- Mr. Donald H. Askins, Assistant Professor of English, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1974 to write dissertation for Ph.D. degree.
- Mr. Ford W. Edwards, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1974, to pursue doctoral degree at the University of Virginia.
- Mr. George L. Hawpe, Assistant Professor of Political Science, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1974, to continue work toward doctoral degree at the University of Southern Mississippi.
- Miss Doris M. Kilgore, Assistant Professor of Physical Education, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1974, to return to graduate school at the University of Tennessee.
- Mr. Mel J. Mahony, Assistant Professor of English, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1974 to work on dissertation at Auburn University.
- Mr. Michael E. O'Donnell, Assistant Professor of French, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1974, to pursue a doctoral degree.
