REPORT OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON THE NOMINATION OF A PRESIDENT

The Rector announced that the Special Committee unanimously approved its Report to the Board of Visitors. At the request of the Rector, Weldon Cooper read the Report of the Special Committee to the Board. A copy of this report is attached to these Minutes.

Following discussion, and on motion duly seconded, the Board of Visitors unanimously approved the Report of the Special Committee.
