The Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia met on this date at 10:00 a.m. in the Office of the President for a special meeting with the following present: Rector Charles R. Fenwick; President Edgar F. Shannon, Jr.; and Visitors Cross, Faulconer, Kending, Kuykendall, Lantor, Lewis, Montague, Parrish, Rogers, Walker, and Williams. Absent: Visitors Camp, Hobbs, Johnson and Wilkerson.
The minutes of the meeting of 12 February 1966, previously distributed, were approved as corrected.
