Let Courtly Dames, their costly Iewells boast,
And Rhodopis, in silkes and sattens shine;
Behold the Lillie, thus devoid of cost,
In flowery feildes, is clothd by power divine,
In purest white, fair'st obiect of the eie,
Religions weede, and badge of Chastitie.
