UNIVERSITY RELATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT
At the request of the President, Mr. Paul Saunier, Jr., Assistant to the President for
University Relations and Development, appeared before the Board to discuss the organization and
program of his office. He described the organization that had been created, including the
appointment of Mr. Bevin Alexander as Director of Information Services which had been reported
to the Board earlier in the meeting, and the different sources of support to which the University
might look for help in its development program. Following Mr. Saunier's presentation, a general
discussion ensued, at the conclusion of which Mr. Saunier left the room.
