RETIREMENTS

The following retirements were announced:

• Mr. Howard L. Hamilton, Professor of Biology, effective May 31, 1982. Mr. Hamilton has been a member of the faculty since 1963.

• Dr. Anne F. Hunter, Clinical Assistant Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry, effective June 30, 1982. Dr. Hunter has been a member of the faculty since 1972.
• Mr. Frank S. Kaulback, Jr., Carman G. Blough Professor of Accounting, School of Commerce, effective May 31, 1982. Mr. Kaulback has been a member of the faculty since 1943.
• Mr. Richard A. Meade, Professor of Education, effective May 31, 1982. Mr. Meade has been a member of the faculty since 1934.
• Mr. Frederick D. Nichols, Cary D. Langhorne Professor of Architecture, effective May 31, 1982. Mr. Nichols has been a member of the faculty since 1950.
• Mr. Frederick E. Nolting, University Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs, effective May 31, 1982. Mr. Nolting has been a member of the faculty since 1971.
• Mr. Louis T. Rader, Alice M. and Guy A. Wilson Professor of Electrical Engineering, School of Engineering and Applied Science, and Professor of Business Administration, The Darden School, effective May 31, 1982. He has been a member of the faculty since 1969.
• Mr. A. Vincent Shea, Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs, effective May 31, 1982. Mr. Shea has been a member of the faculty since 1936.
• Dr. Philip C. Trout, Associate Professor of Orthopedics, Roanoke/Salem Program, effective December 30, 1981. Dr. Trout has been a member of the faculty since 1969.
