• The following resolution was adopted:
  RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following changes of title be and they are hereby made:
• Mr. Phillip J. Best, from Professor of Psychology and Associate Professor of Psychiatry, to Professor of Psychology and of Psychiatry, for three years, effective July 1, 1976.
• Mr. William C. Boynton, from Acting Assistant Professor of Commerce, to Assistant Professor of Commerce, for three academic years, effective September 1, 1976.
• Dr. Alan J. Bream, from Instructor in Dentistry, part-time, to Clinical Instructor in Dentistry, for one year, effective July 1, 1976.
