CONTRIBUTIONS DESIGNATED FOR AFFILIATED FUND RAISING ENTITIES

The following resolution was adopted:

• WHEREAS, it appearing that in certain instances contributions to the University by alumni and other persons or corporations are designated for the Graduate Business School Sponsors, the Alumni Fund, the Alumni Board of Trustees and other like entities, affiliated with but not actually under the control of The Rector and Visitors;
• NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the Comptroller and his designees, and each of them, is hereby authorized to transfer such contributions received by the University, together with matching contributions, if any, to fund raising organizations affiliated with the University whether or not such organizations are directly under the control of The Rector and Visitors; and
• RESOLVED further that any such transfers heretofore made are hereby ratified and approved.
