APPOINTMENTS

In accordance with the resolution adopted by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia on 14 July 1945, the following appointments were announced:

• Captain Walter C. Blattmann as Professor of Naval Science, for four years, effective September 1967.
• Lieutenant Colonel Robert C. Dart as Professor of Military Science, effective September 1967.
• Lieutenant Commander Angus Macaulay as Associate Professor of Naval Science, for two years, effective August 1967.
• Captain David C. Meade as Assistant Professor of Military Science, effective November 1967.
• Major McLendon G. Morris as Associate Professor of Naval Science, for three years, effective July 1967.
• Captain John D. Newman as Assistant Professor of Air Science, for three years, effective May 1968.
• Lieutenant (jg) Frank C. Vanlandingham as Assistant Professor of Naval Science, for two years, effective July 1967.
