INSTITUTIONAL SELF-STUDY BY GEORGE MASON COLLEGE

The President stated that the time is at hand for an institutional self-study by George Mason College as required by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. He stated further that the self-study is of such significance in the development of George Mason College that the Board should give its full endorsement to the study.

The following resolution was adopted:

  • RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that we hereby endorse the institutional self-study by George Mason College as required by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and authorize the President to provide for the conduct of the study beginning in the fall of 1968.
