50. On Mans behaviour to God.

We use our God, as Vs'rers doe their bands;
We often beare him in our hearts, our hands;
His Paths are beaten, and his Wayes are trod,
So long as hee's a profitable God:
But when the Money's paid, the Profit's taken,
Our Bands are cancel'd, and our God's forsaken.
