Of vicious rulers.
Lyke as a broken crased shippethe which doth water drynke,
Not onlye drownes her selfe but all
that ar in her do synke,
And therby goodes and shippe and men
ar broughe vnto decaye,
And nothinge for the forse of waues
can get to scape awaye.
