Seen above on the fourth floor entrance from New Cabell Hall, a workman is preparing the surface for a floor covering in the James Wilson Hall annex. By the second semester of this session, College students will be able to enjoy the building's much-needed classrooms and lecture halls if the scheduled completion date of January 1,1969 is met. The hall has been under construction since the beginning of the 1967-68 school year.
