Of the tongue or wordes.

By the disposing of the tongue
there is a tryall true:

Socrat.

To knowe how the disposer can
his fleshly lustes subdue.
For he that can not brydell wordes
according as he lyst:
Hath much lesse power to bridle lustes
or appetites resist.
