Quicumque hanc salutacionem in honore Sancte Anne matris Marie cotidie deuote dixerit sine dubio mala morte non morietur.

Gaude! felix Anna, þe moder of Mari,
Gaude! þou broȝtis forþ þat borþ þat al þe word con glade;
Gaude! þat here Crist Ihesu heo bere of hur body,
Gaude! heo fed þat frele food, þat floure þat neuer schal fade.
Gaude! felix Anna, þat bere þat b[l]esful floure,
Gaude! þat gracious graff þat sprong out of Iesse,
Gaude! þat blessid brange hit bere our Saueour;
Gaude! He growndid here in grace to graunt vs al merce.
Gaude! felix Anna, oure blis to vs þou broȝt,
Gaude! here þat al þe word, þat lade, heo gan lyȝt;
Gaude! þat maiden merceful, our wele heo haþ e-wroȝt,
Gaude! heo sauyd al monkynd fore syn to deþ was dyȝt.

Gaude! þou consayuyst clene be Ioachym þat hole man,
Gaude! þat long tyme before baren þou hadist be;
Gaude! þou broȝtist furþ þat burþ was our saluacion.
Gaude! felix Anna, þou bere of þi body,
Gaude! þe moder of Ihesu Crist þat al þe word haþ wroȝt,
Gaude! þat fore our loue soche a deþ wold dye,
Gaude! with Hes pressious blod fro bale to blis vs boȝt.
Gaude! felix Anna, fore vs now þou pray,
Gaude! to þe quen of euen and to here blisful Sun;
Gaude! þis salutacion to þe here we say,
Gaude! þou graunt vs of þi grace to haue remyssioun.
Ora pro nobis beata Anna quia de fructu ventris tui est nobis gratia data. Oremus collecte.
Deus qui beatam Annam diu sterilem prole voluisti gloriosa et humano genere salutifera fecundare, da vt omnes amore filium matrem venerantes in hora mortis vtiusque precencia gaudere mereantur per te Ihesu Christe, saluator mundy, rex glorie. Amen.
