The following resignations were announced:

  • Dr. Edward E. Edgar, Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology, effective 24 August 1968, to enter private practice.
  • Mr. George J. Galasso, Associate Professor of Microbiology, effective 31 July 1968, to accept a position with the National Institutes of Health.
  • Dr. James B. Littlefield, Associate Professor of Surgery, effective 31 August 1968, to accept a position at the Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John's Newfoundland, Canada.
  • Mr. Neil G. McCormick, Assistant Professor of Microbiology, effective 30 September 1968, to accept a position with the Army Research Laboratories, Natick, Massachusetts.
  • Dr. Roger J. C. Meyer, Associate Professor of Pediatrics, effective 31 July 1968, to accept a position with the City of Chicago.
  • Mr. John D. Miller, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, effective 31 August 1968, to accept a position at the Texas Technological College, Lubbock.
