CAROLINE CHAPTER

The Caroline Chapter, U. D. C., was chartered and organized
on May 4, 1896. The first officers were as follows: Sallie Collins
Smith, president; Mary M. Wallace, vice-president; Margaret
Wallace, secretary and M. Lydia Luck, treasurer.

The present membership is as follows: Miss Elizabeth Boxley,
Richmond; Mrs. C. C. Chewning, Chilesburg; Mrs. A. W. Davis,
Blantons; Mrs. R. T. Dillard, Fredericksburg; Mrs. C. R. Dickinson,
Florida; Mrs. G. K. Coleman, Ruther Glen; Miss Fanny
Ellyson, Richmond; Mrs. W. C. Flagg, Houston, Texas; Mrs.
Gertrude Coleman Hart, Chicago; Miss Annie Hall, Fredericksburg;
Mrs. M. E. Luck, Ashland; Mrs. M. Luck Grove, Richmond;

BOWLING GREEN CHAPTER

The Bowling Green Chapter was chartered on June 18, 1904,
with the following members: Mrs. Lina J. Baker, (President),
Mrs. W. L. Broaddus, Mrs. A. B. Chandler, Mrs. G. R. Collins,
Mrs. Charles W. Collins, Miss Blanche Coghill, Mrs. Ellen W.
Downing, Mrs. T. B. Gill, Miss Louisa Brown Glassell, Mrs.
R. T. Glassell, Mrs. J. L. Jordan, Mrs. E. C. Moncure, Miss
Annie McCaulay, Mrs. R. O. Peatross, Mrs. L. M. Robinson,
