POSTSCRIPT.
Once (oh, not immodest deemYour friend, if he relate his dream)
Fast asleep as I was laid
In translucent summer shade,
Flora came, and stooping down,
Bless'd me also with a crown,
For adding, over all her dowers,
One new sweetness to the Flowers.
Woven of what bloom or leaf
Never knew I: to my grief,
When I lifted hand to head
Swift th'unreal honour fled.
