The Nightly Gouernment, is dueVnto the Female kind;
And vnto Masculines, to Rule
Ith' Day, it is assign'd:
And this we see Experience prooues,
For Cynthia Rules the Night:
And Phœbus rayes his Rule displayes,
Who in the Day shines bright.
