Epigram. 7. In Castorem.
Castor
complaines hee's mightily mis-vsed,
That he a Man, should beast-like be cornuted:
Content thee Castor, thou art not abused,
Eu'n Ioue himselfe was such a one reputed.
He horn'd, the better to beguile his loue;
Thou horn'd, the more thy loue be guileth thee:
Europa's carriage caused hornes in Ioue,
And thy wiues carriage causeth thine to be;
Onely in this thou hast him ouer-gone,
In that thy wife bare many, he but one.
