ACC CERTIFICATION

In fulfillment of annual requirements of both the Atlantic Coast Conference and the National Collegiate Athletics Association, the Rector read a statement certifying that direction of the athletics programs at the University is under the President. He reminded the Board that he was not only required to read the statement, but to sign - and forward to the ACC - a certification that he had done so.
