RESOLVED that the following persons are elected to the faculty:

• Ms. Lopita Nath as Assistant Professor of History, The University of Virginia's College at Wise, for the period July 1, 2006, through May 24, 2007, at an annual salary of $44,000.


• Mr. Lucian M. Undreiu as Assistant Professor of Physics, The University of Virginia's College at Wise, for two academic years, effective August 25, 2006, at an academic year salary of $45,000.


• Mr. James A. Vance as Assistant Professor of Mathematics, The University of Virginia's College at Wise, for two academic years, effective August 25, 2006, at an academic year salary of $45,000.

RESOLVED that the following persons are promoted:
