The following appointments were announced:

• Miss Virginia L. Algyre as Acting Assistant Dean of Admissions, for the period February 5, 1974 through June 30, 1974.

• Mr. Martin Battestinna as a Member, Center for Advanced Studies, for two months, effective July 1, 1974.

• Miss Rose Marie Chioni as Dean, School of Nursing, for five years, effective February 1, 1974.

• Mr. Richard C. Collins as Chairman, Division of City Planning, for three academic years, effective September 1, 1974.

• Mr. William A. Elwood as Associate Dean, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, for three years, effective September 1, 1974.

• Mr. Jeffrey K. Hadden as Acting Chairman, Department of Sociology, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1974.

• Mr. Robert L. Kellogg as Chairman, Department of English, for three academic years, effective September 1, 1974.

• Mr. Gordon E. Latta as Chairman, Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, for five academic years, effective September 1, 1974.
