VISIT OF STATE CAPITAL OUTLAY COMMISSION
The President reported that the State Capital Outlay Commission, which had been appointed by
the Governor to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on the capital outlay needs of
State institutions for the period 1962-1968, had visited the University and Mary Washington
College on 21 March 1961. As a part of his report, the President presented to the Board the list
of priorities of capital outlay projects which he had submitted to the Commission for the University
and the Community Colleges.
