APPROVAL OF SUMMARY OF AUDIT FINDINGS
The following resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED that the Summary of Audit Findings for the period May 1, 1997 through September 30, 1997, as presented by the Director of Audits, is approved as recommended by the Audit Committee.
Mr. Wheat told the Board that he and Mr. Small had discussed the proposed Groundswalk after the meeting of the Buildings and Grounds Committee and had agreed that project as planned does not meet the standards the Board of Visitors would like. He recommended that more funds be made available so that a first rate job can be done to connect the North and Central Grounds. He requested that the Buildings and Grounds Committee meet to consider this. The Rector agreed to Mr. Wheat's proposal and asked Ms. Capone, Vice President for Administration and Budget, to arrange a meeting of the Committee.
