APPROVAL OF REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS AND SUPERVISORY
STRUCTURE FOR DUAL EMPLOYMENT SITUATIONS

The following resolution was adopted:

  • RESOLVED that the reporting relationship and supervisory structure for Deborah D. Gausvik, Organizational Support Manager, shall be as follows:

  • 4970

  • All personnel matters for Deborah D. Gausvik will be handled by William Vining, Director of Employee Relations. William Vining reports directly to Thomas E. Gausvik, Chief Human Resources Officer, except in employment matters concerning Deborah D. Gausvik. In this capacity, William Vining reports to Colette Capone, Vice President for Management and Budget.
  • RESOLVED FURTHER that the reporting relationship and supervisory structure for Pamela K. Bouchard, Organizational Support Manager, shall be as follows:
  • All personnel matters for Pamela K. Bouchard will be handled by Graham Grove, Director of Organizational Support. Graham Grove reports directly to Ronald Bouchard, Director of Medical Center Administration, except in employment matters concerning Pamela K. Bouchard. In this capacity, Graham Grove reports to Mary Bednar, Associate Executive Director of the Medical Center.
