RESOLVED that the actions relating to chairholders be and they are hereby approved as shown below:
(a) Election of Chairholder(s)
Mr. Jeffrey T. Barth as John Edward Fowler Professor of Clinical Psychology and Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry, effective July 1, 1992.
Mr. Kenneth Elzinga as Cavaliers' Distinguished Teaching Professor, for five years, effective September 1, 1992.
Mr. David T. Gies as Commonwealth Professor of Spanish, effective September 1, 1992.
Mr. Robert C. Higgins as Morris Plan Chair of Consumer Credit, for the period October 1, 1992 through March 31, 1993.
Mr. James M. Kauffman as William Clay Parrish, Jr., Professor of Education, for two years, effective July 1, 1992. Mr. Kauffman will continue as Professor of Education.
Mr. J. Thomas Parsons as F. Palmer Weber Medical Research Professor, effective July 1, 1992. Mr. Parsons will continue as Professor of Microbiology.
Mr. Thomas Philipose as Frank Talbot, Jr. Visiting Professor of Humanities, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1992.
Ms. Amy Weinstein as Harry Shure Visiting Professor of Architecture, for the period October 16, 1992 through December 11, 1992.

Dr. Ladislau E. Steiner as Alumni Professor of Neurosurgery, for three years, effective July 1, 1992.
