MOTIONS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSIONS

The following motions were unanimously adopted by vote of all Visitors present:

• (a) That the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion of legal matters and for discussion of the evaluation of schools or departments.
• (b) That the Audit Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion and evaluation of University schools and departments.
• (c) That the Buildings and Grounds Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session to consider the disposition of publicly held real property.
• (d) That the Finance Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion of gifts, bequests and fund raising activities, for the discussion of the investment of publicly held funds where competition and bargaining is involved, and for the discussion of the disposition of publicly held property.
• (e) That the Educational Policy Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the consideration of personnel matters involving assignment, promotion, salaries and resignation of public employees.
