RESIGNATIONS
The following resignations were announced:
- Mr. Carl M. Brauer, Assistant Professor of History, effective January 15, 1982, to accept another position.
- Mr. John T. Casteen, III, Dean of Admissions, effective January 16, 1982, to accept the position of Secretary of Education of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Mr. Eleftherios N. Economou, Professor of Physics, effective January 16, 1982, to accept another position.
- Dr. David Elkon, Associate Professor of Radiology, effective January 15, 1982, to accept another position.
- Dr. Robert T. Hyde, Clinical Assistant Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry, effective June 30, 1981, for personal reasons.
- Mr. Roger A. Pielke, Associate Professor of Environmental Sciences, effective January 15, 1982, to accept another position.
- Mr. Lawrence E. Rose, Assistant Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs, effective May 31, 1982, to accept a position at the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research.
- Mr. Merrell P. Runquist, Assistant Professor of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry (Psychology), effective December 31, 1981, to enter private practice.
- Mr. Timothy J. Sullivan, Visiting Professor of Law, effective effective January 15, 1982, to accept a position with Governor Robb's new administration.
- Dr. Henry S. Willner, Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine, effective June 30, 1981, for personal reasons.
- Dr. Barry Zide, Assistant Professor of Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery and Assistant Professor of Dentistry, effective December 31, 1981, to accept another position.
